It has expressive aromas of crushed raspberries and baking spices with dramatic flavors of blackberry jam, licorice, and a hint of white pepper. Hand harvested, the fruit is fermented coolly over 3 weeks and then aged in new and old French oak barrels creating a creamy texturebalanced by vibrant acidity surrounding tropical and juicy stone fruit flavors.
