Captain's Reserve Chardonnay 2007 -- This Captains Reserve Chardonnay is ripe and soft, redolent with tropical fruit, candied pineapple, mango, honeydew and casaba. It also has a heady floral component that is reminiscent of jasmine, gardenia and honey. It is a wine that would best be served with fish in creamy sauces, crab, lobster and scallop dishes, pilaf and sauces with saffron, Madras curry or Hollandaise. Captain's Reserve Pinot Noir 2006 -- Our 2006 Captain's Pinot Noir has a bright ruby-plum color with aromas of black cherries, toasted vanilla and sweet cinnamon spice. Deep red raspberry and cherry flavors highlight the silky textured palate. Subtle notes of black pepper and nutmeg linger on the long finish. Captain's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2007 -- Our 2007 Sauvignon Blanc has lemongrass, peach, and honeysuckle aromas followed by a lively palate that reveals layers of honeydew melon, pear and citrus flavors with perfect balance. Enjoy our Sauvignon Blanc before dinner as an aperitif or with light meals of seafood, salads or pasta with spring vegetables.

Captain's Reserve Zinfandel 2005 -- Our 2005 Captain’s Reserve Zinfandel is harvested from Napa Valley’s premier vineyards for producing Zinfandel. Napa Valley has a long history of growing Zinfandel grapes, dating back to the late 1800s when some of the first vineyards were planted. Harvest 2005 was one of the earliest on record in Napa Valley. It was especially noteworthy for its low yields of outstanding quality fruit, which has resulted in wines that have ideal balance, intense aromas and exceptional flavor.

Edizione Pennino Estate Zinfandel 2006 -- The 2006 Edizione Pennino Zinfandel is dark, luscious, dense, possessing a mouth filling richness and viscosity. Aromas of raspberry, white pepper and shiso are followed by luscious, ripe flavors of blueberries and blackberries, briar and spice. With a palate this dense and ripe, the profusion of flavor lingers and builds beautifully on the finish.

Estate CASK Cabernet 2005 - 375 (split) -- This is the split of our 2005 CASK Cabernet. An excellent gift idea for someone who wants to taste the CASK Cabernet. You'll find layers of ripe, red cherries, plum, vanilla, cocoa, and toast. The flavor is intense and attains a layered complexity and long finish, but with a pleasing, supple mouth feel. There are no case discounts available for Estate wines.

Estate Merlot 2006 -- As with last year's vintage, low production makes the 2006 Estate Merlot a rare treat. The palate is very dense with deep forward weight and viscosity with very fine supple tannins that shoulder the finish of ripe fruit and vanilla wood tones.

Blancaneaux 2006 -- Blancaneaux is a blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier grown entirely on the organically farmed vineyards of Rubicon Estate. It is produced each year in extremely limited quantities - only 749 cases for this vintage. The lush, full-bodied palate delivers juicy flavors of honeydew melon, fresh nectarines, pears and allspice. Though rich with fruit density and weight, this wine is simultaneously delicate with lively acidity and refreshing citrus and spice aromas.
