Dr. Vranjes's Potpourri Spice -- The potpourri undergoes three stages during its creation. First, leaves, woods, flowers, and fruits are placed in a terra cotta jar to dry. Then oils are added to absorb into the pot and its contents for several weeks. During the second phase, a mixture of Arabic gum, pepper, cloves, incense, ginger, cinnamon, and oils are added to the pot.
